Eleanor Fisher and Cristiano Lanzano of the GOLD MATTERS project will organize a panel at ASA19: Anthropological Perspectives on Global Challenges (3-6 September 2019). The panel, which takes place on 3 September, will examine the global challenge of (un)sustainability in Artisanal and Small-scale Mining, considering what anthropology has to offer for understanding possible futures in mining worlds.
