Transformational Leadership for Sustainability (TLFS) provides a road map for anyone looking to solve climate change and sustainability issues, shift systems and cultures, and tap into their greatest potential as a change agent.
This programme will equip and empower you to design strategies, projects and actions with greater impact and contribute to enduring sustainable and equitable change from where you are at.
It is for everyone who is committed to and passionate about sustainability, regardless of experience and title.
The programme includes three plenary gatherings – each of three days duration over three months – interspersed with weekly group calls with a coach. The three plenary sessions will be offered in physical format in Oslo, Norway, and online on these dates:
- Session 1 – Being Change: 5, 6, 7 September 2022
- Session 2 – Designing Change: 18, 19, 20 October 2022
- Session 3 – Leading Change: 21, 22, 23 November 2022
Time: 9am – 4pm CEST/CET
Venue: Hybrid – online and in Oslo
This year, organizers can offer the participants who join us in Oslo the unique opportunity to work in person with the lead facilitator Monica Sharma. Dr Sharma is a renowned leadership expert and practitioner who currently works with over 20 organizations in more than 60 countries. She draws on over two decades of experience as Director of Leadership and Capacity Building for the United Nations. She will be supported by our team of facilitators and practitioner coaches, including internationally recognized expert on transformations to sustainability, Professor Karen O’Brien (cCHANGE and University of Oslo) and the cCHANGE team.
